The U.S. type wire rope clip is a practical and versatile alternative for creating loops or splices between steel cables, eliminating the need for crimping or installing fixed terminals.

Thanks to its curved design and malleable body, it can be easily adapted for temporary installations or where quick access is required. The size is also marked on the bridge of the piece for easy identification, and it comes in tamper-proof blister packs, which are ideal for hardware stores.

It has been designed for use in temporary structures or applications where flexibility is a priority.

Flexible and Adaptive Fastening:
Its design allows for easy looping or splicing between cables without the need for specialised tools, making it perfect for assemblies where crimping is not possible.

Measurement Engraved on the Bridge:
Each piece is engraved with its measurement to speed up identification and avoid errors during installation.

Recommendations for Use:

Retighten after initial tensioning.
The body of the cable tie must always be placed over the active part of the cable.
Make sure there is a minimum separation of 6 times the diameter of the wire between the wire ropes.

Without blister pack

The malleable structure of the wire rope clip is intended to make wire rope eyes or connections between wires where the wires cannot be crimped, or where temporary wire ends or links cannot be used. The grooves on the inner side of the base ensures a better grip on the wire.

TIPS: Wire rope clips must be retightened after the wire has been pulled the first time. The body of the wire rope clip must be assembled on the active part. The spacing between wire rope clips must be 6 mm x the wire diameter.
