Mikalor Tools & Engineering
Located in Sant Quirze del Vallès (Barcelona), Mikalor Tools & Engineering has two distinct and complementary activities. The first is the specialisation in the development of technical projects through its Engineering Department. The second activity is the production of tools, dies and machinery for the manufacture of all Mikalor branded products or dies for the manufacture of special parts, according to our customers' specifications. These parts are then sent to the corresponding Mikalor Group production company, according to their technical production characteristics.
Mikalor Hose Clamps
Located in Sabadell (Barcelona), Mikalor Hose Clamps is the company specialising in the manufacture of the full range of standard and special clamps, according to the specifications or needs of our customers. In order to ensure the highest quality in design and manufacture, the Engineering Department has the most advanced machinery on the market to develop and carry out the most extensive range of simulations and tests on behaviour and performance, ensuring our customers the optimum functioning of the clamp in its future assembly. The Quality Policy and innovation have always been present and, from the beginning, Mikalor Hose Clamps has complied with the highest quality standards. Furthermore, Mikalor is certified as an organisation with a quality system that meets the requirements of the automotive industry, IATF 16949.
Mikalor Fastening Solutions
Located in Manresa (Barcelona), Mikalor Fastening Solutions is the company specialising in the manufacture of all the standard metal fasteners detailed in the fastening catalogue, such as pins, washers, cage nuts, quick nuts and rivets, and is also responsible for the manufacture of special fasteners according to the technical specifications requested by the internal and external engineering companies belonging to our customers.

Located in Castellar del Vallès (Barcelona), Damesa is the company specialising in the sale, marketing and distribution throughout the world of the products manufactured by any company belonging to the Mikalor Group. The Sales Department, the cornerstone of the company, has the best knowledge of the products manufactured by the companies that form part of the Mikalor Group and the needs of our customers, being the perfect link to provide new and innovative solutions to existing problems by adapting a standard product or by developing a completely new one, always providing the best solution at the lowest cost.

Code of Business Conduct

At Damesa, all employees live up to this commitment in their daily responsibilities, maintaining and enhancing our global reputation as one of our most important assets.
This Code of Business Conduct specifies the Corporate Business Principles and helps to implement them on an ongoing basis through certain non-negotiable minimum standards of behaviour applicable to all key areas of Damesa. The nature of this Code is not intended to and cannot cover all possible situations that may occur on a day-to-day basis and is intended to provide a frame of reference.
