How to Install the Universal Stainless Steel Endless Band
In this video we will show you how to install the Universal Stainless Steel Endless Band, ideal for multiple applications and different diameters.
Made from AISI 304 stainless steel, this strong clamp provides a secure and invulnerable attachment, perfect for corrosive and humid environments.
Materials required:
- Heavy and Lightweight Stainless Steel Endless Band: Available in 30m to 50m rolls, with thicknesses from 0.4mm to 0.75mm and several different band widths (from 6.4mm to 19mm).
- Buckle for Lightweight Endless Band: Prevents the band from coming off once applied. By tapping on the fastener, pressure is applied to the band, preventing it from detaching from the application, ensuring a firm grip on any application.
- Stainless Steel Buckle for Universal Band: Designed to adapt to the size of the band, this stainless steel buckle is ideal for both light and heavy universal bands.
- Buckle with Captive Nut: Adds an extra layer of security to the installation.
- MRA-260 Tensioner-Cutter Tool: Facilitates tensioning and cutting to the required diameter of band.
