Manual riveter

The MD-27 Manual Riveter is a versatile and durable tool designed for low volume riveting applications. With four interchangeable nose pieces (2.4mm, 3.0mm, 3.2mm, 4.0mm and 4.8mm) and high hardness jaws (45-55 HRC), it offers reliable performance.

Its ergonomic design makes it easy to use, while maintenance is simple with regular lubrication.

How to use:

1. Fully open the arms of the riveting machine.
2. Select the appropriate nozzle and insert the rivet shank until the rivet head is supported.
3. Place the rivet in the hole and close the arms until the shank breaks.
4. Open the arms again to eject the stem.
