ASFA hose clamp with preassembly
W3 - Stainless steel AISI 430
The ASFA pre-assembled hose clamp is designed to optimise assembly times and increase productivity on automotive production lines, without compromising the tightening torque and performance of a standard hose clamp.
*This clamp can be manufactured in different sizes and with special pre-assembly options.
Benefits:
- Fast and Efficient Assembly: Its exclusive pre-assembly design allows it to be perfectly fitted to the clamp and later attached to the hose without any loss of functionality, significantly reducing assembly time and improving efficiency.
- Maintaining Performance: Thanks to the pre-positioning system, the clamp maintains the same torque and performance values as standard clamps, ensuring a secure and reliable leak-proof seal.
- Hose Protection: The innovative pre-positioning clamp allows the clamp to be applied to the hose without damaging it, ensuring a safe and efficient installation.
